Our
Process
We start with your preferences, priorities, and travel style, then guide you to the right fit. Hotel choice, room strategy, and travel logistics.
We get it right, fast
Fast responses, zero repetition, problems handled before you notice them.
We sweat every detail
The right room, the right neighborhood, the restaurant you wouldn't have found on your own.
We set the stage
Before you arrive, the hotel already knows who you are. Everything arranged.
I built Compound because I couldn’t find someone I’d trust with my own trips. I had hired a top travel advisor and got something trendy, generic, and not worth the time.
I came from VC and M&A at a Fortune 50, where the whole job is judgment and perfect execution. With multi millions at stake, I understand what’s real, what’s missing, and what will matter after the hype fades. I realized I wasn’t using that muscle on the part of my life I actually care about.
So I built Compound around what I wanted myself: smart questions, real opinions, and the right fit, so your trip feels like you not a template.
I’ve traveled the world with my husband, first as a couple, now as parents and I’ve seen what a perfect-fit stay does: you come home more connected with momentum to keep building.
We're just as obsessive as you are.
We stay obsessive about hotels. The details, the access, and what is actually worth your time. So your trip is built on leverage, not luck.
Choosing
Compound
At this level, the question is not “Can I do it myself?”
It is “Why am I still doing this myself?”

Your time matters more now.
You can absolutely book your own travel. But when life is full and the trip matters, that is no longer the best use of your time.
A more modern advisor model.

The status comes with it.
There is no fee to become a client. You simply book through our private portal with preferred-partner status and benefits built in.
Why not just use Google / AI / Reddit?
Because you’ll get 400 opinions from people who don’t live like you. I filter the noise and tell you what matters for your pace and standards.
What do I need to get started? Does my budget matter?
Dates, location, who’s going, rough budget, and your non-negotiables. (And what you want to come home feeling.) If you already know where you want to stay no problem! I'll share my booking link. Clients typically spend $20k+ / trip
Is booking with Compound harder than booking direct?
Easier. Personalized hotel match that filters dont come close to and amazing exclusive perks you cant get on your own.
Why should I trust the travel agents from Compound?
We're value aligned and I'm good at this. I built my career making hard calls in M&A/investing—fast, high-stakes judgment with imperfect information. That’s the exact skill I bring to hotels: I cross-check what actually affects your days (rhythm, layout, crowd, logistics, what’s worth it, what’s a skip) and I’ll tell you when the “famous” choice is wrong. I’m not selling luxury—I’m protecting outcomes: calm, connection, energy, chemistry, and zero friction. Start with one trip idea and one non-negotiable. If my take doesn’t feel immediately sharper than the internet, don’t work with me.
How does the process actually work?
Before: You send the details via form. We chat over email and validate the hotel pick and plan an itinerary. You book it easily on my private portal. During: Our team is available and handle the hotel if anything shifts. After: Quick debrief so the next trip compounds.

Most advisors measure success by the booking. I measure it by the relationship. Every trip I learn more, your pace, your preferences, what actually makes a trip feel right for you. By the second trip I'm already ahead of you. I know you want a quiet morning before a big day, that your kids do better in a villa than a hotel room, that you'd rather have a great room than a great pool. By the third trip, you've stopped explaining yourself entirely. You just say "we need a week in March" and trust that I'll get it right. That's the relationship I build with every client. And it only gets better.
